All applicants must meet the admissions requirements below prior to enrollment:
• MVMT Institute requires all students to be at least eighteen (18) years of age as of the first day of class.
• Complete a personal interview with the Education & Admissions Program Director.
• Have the ability to meet participation expectations of the enrolled program.
• Submit a completed application for the program.
•Provide proof of graduation by submitting an official high school or college transcript or GED with a passing score.
• Submit valid photo identification.
• If applicable, submit official transcripts for all pertinent institutions, if requesting evaluation, for a transfer of credits.

Program Tuition and Supplies:
Tuition is based on 675 clock hours.
Student insurance is included in tuition.
Tuition is $5,225.00
Registration Fee: $150.00 (non-refundable)
Textbook and Uniform: $125.00
TOTAL: $ 5,500.00
*Students will also need to purchase blue or black
scrub pants to be worn with the school uniform shirt on clinical practice days.
